$225 for 50-60 min. sessions

Insurance

I am currently an in-network provider with Mount Sinai Top Tier/UMR.

For all other insurance carriers, the client is responsible for finding out about their own out-of-network benefits. I can provide a document called a "superbill" that includes all the information needed for reimbursement, if applicable. 

Payment

For self-pay clients (those who are not using insurance), I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. HSA cards are also accepted.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged $75 for the missed session. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment incurs a payment of the full cost of the session.
