Insurance

I accept the following insurance providers: Cigna, United Healthcare, Aetna, Oxford Health Plans, and Oscar.

I partner with Alma (helloalma.com) to help me run my private practice. The Alma team will confirm your insurance eligibility and provide you with an estimate of your payment responsibility. Once I have accepted you into my practice as a client, you’ll receive appointment confirmation emails and invoices from Alma, and their team may also reach out with policy updates.

Clients enter their insurance information into the Alma portal and Alma verifies coverage. You must also set up Autopay with Alma by entering your credit card information; the company will collect any payments toward deductibles and copays. Alma bills you after each session according to what insurance indicates that you owe. You can learn more about Auto Pay at Alma here. Alma does not currently accept payments from third-party payment systems such as InstaMed.

*Please note: Insurance clients must enroll in Autopay on Alma in order to work with me. This requires entering credit card information so that co-pays and payments toward deductibles can be automatically charged.  For more information, please go to www.helloalma.com.

Payment

For self-pay clients (those who are not using insurance), I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged $75 for the missed session.
